When I think about what food means to me, my family and my Elders, food is life. It’s the conversation around the table. I started learning to cook at eight with my Aunty Rose. Everyone helped, even the little ones. We peeled potatoes, sliced carrots, washed up in turns. The boys cut the pumpkins. Everyone did something.

What do you grow? We grow rhubarb, celery, spring onions, limes, lemons, pears, peaches, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, sunflowers and lots more.
