I am slowly but surely filling my garden with primarily edible plants and collecting a variety of perennial kales along the way. I enjoy propagating and so there is an honesty box at the end of the drive where I put some of the extra plants.
The garden design is permaculture inspired. I studied my PDC at Ragman's Lane Farm in 2010 on the residential course where my eyes were opened to the world of permaculture. More recently I've been inspired by visits to Alan Carters' food forest allotment in Aberdeen and his wonderful book & blog.
If I get around to it I will come back here and make a list of the perennial veg you can come and see & taste in the garden and which varieties I'm looking to do swaps for.
