Sustainable Clevedon’s third Green Shift Festival takes place this year from 18th to 26th April.
The Festival 2026 theme of Threads Webs and Wonders explores our dependence on nature for life, health, sustenance and well-being. It celebrates how everyone is part of the earth’s natural networks: healthy ecosystems sustaining us in healthy communities.
It includes art, music, film, poetry and talks and provides something for all ages.
The principle speakers are Dave Goulson, author of ‘A Sting in the Tail’ and ‘A Buzz in the Meadow’ who will help us understand how vital insects are to people and ecosystems and what we can do to arrest their decline. This is followed by Martin Williams from the Belmont Estate, on North Somerset’s local re-wilding and regenerative farming story.
