This workshop is for those who feel pulled in many directions and are ready to take a breath, reconnect with what matters, and shape their lives more intentionally.

Over two sessions, we’ll work with simple but powerful tools—drawing on the Ikigai framework and principles of permaculture design—to help you understand your needs, energy patterns, and direction. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of where you’re heading, what you want to focus on, and how to build a rhythm that feels nourishing and sustainable.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to pause, reflect, and listen deeply to yourself.

What we’ll explore Session One: Rooting into what gives you life A fresh look at what wealth and wellbeing mean to you A step-by-step exploration of your Ikigai, what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for A gentle reflection on your relationship with money and the kind of life you want to support Session Two: Making your design real Space to notice patterns, insights, and what stands out in your personal design Guided prompts to help you identify what to focus on now and what to let go of A chance to set practical, meaningful goals and name the support you’ll need along the way What you’ll receive Two live 90-minute sessions with time for individual reflection and shared conversation A printable Ikigai worksheet and guided journaling prompts An optional free one-to-one Clarity Call if you want support after the workshop Access to the templates and resources used during the sessions Who it’s for
